Sounds like it could be a bad ignition switch-the electrical part, not the lock cylinder. When key is in the on position (run), those fuses should be powered. Are all the maxi-fuses good? They distribute power throughout the car's electrical circuits-like the fuse panel, for instance, so check the maxi-fuses. If good, probably the ignition switch is bad.

Is the security light on? If you have spark and fuel, it should run. Any codes? Could be bad crank sensor or cam sensor.

I changed the fuel pump but the van still won't

And you know the fuel filter is good? Could be injector problem: just as a check, spray some starting fluid into the intake and see if engine runs a few seconds. If it does, it is a fuel problem. Check injector fuse, as a start. Check fuel pressure. Check injector circuit. If engine won't start with starting fluid, check if you are getting spark. Problem may be in the ignition system.

1985 ford f150 300 6 cylinder with electronic ignition has spark to all 6 and fuel but won't start. All fuses are good and firing order is correct.

Get a testing light and connect it to the injector wires. You can have fuel pressure, but if the injectors do not open, it will not get fuel.

Test with starting fluid to see if fuel is the problem. If you have spark and no response after adding the starting fluid, its something else. Since the timing chain has nothing to do with the crankshaft sensor sending a signal as the crankshaft turns, the top half of the engine may not be turning to move the valves. Look in any breather holes in the valve cover to see if the tappets are moving.

Assuming the engine is not locked up, can you crank it in neutral ?
There is a neutral safety switch in the circuit that could have failed.
There are also two relays in the circuit that would need to be checked.

Truck won't turn over ? battery new /good connections/ starter and solenoid tested and passed/

If the truck his fuel injector with ignition modules, check the ignition pick-up sensor located in the lower side (or else) of the engine block. tt sends signal to truck computer in order to start the engine.

Fuel injector fuse is blown, keeps blowing. Engine turns but won't catch and start.

if the injector fuse is blown then the car won`t start as its not getting fuel into the motor to fire.if the fuse keeps blowing then you could have an injector/s that is drawing too much or the injector driver in the ecm may not be any good and needs replacing or a used ecm.it could be a short some where in the wiring for the injector system that is going to ground.

Car turns over but won't start. Can Ignition fuse

No. it is absolutely impossible that a fuse could be the CAUSE of your problem.
There may be a blown ignition fuse, but if there is, the FUSE did NOT cause it.
Please read these articles:
Where's The Fuse?
What Else Could Be Wrong?

To find out what is going on with your truck, proper diagnosis should be performed. You should check for spark at the spark plugs, check for fuel pressure on the fuel rail, check for injector pulse from the Powertrain Control Module (PCM) at the injectors, and scan your PCM for fault codes.

My ASD fuse is making a clicking noise and vibrating. What is the function of this fuse?

ASD fuse is called an AUTOMATIC SHUT DOWN FUSE. The ASD sense circuit informs the PCM when the ASD relay energizes. A 12 volt signal at this input indicated to the PCM that the ASD has been activated. This input is used only to sense that the ASD relay is energized.
When energized, the ASD relay supplies battery voltage to the fuel injectors, ignition coils, and the heating element in each oxygen sensor. If the PCM does not receive 12 volts from this input after grounding the ASD reley, it sets a Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC).

I have A 1991 GMC SIERRA, 350,no fuel no spark, have fuel to the tbi, changed coil, ignition module, tested pick up coil good, check engine light comes on with key, fuses good. I'm running out of ideas....

Do you have power to the injectors? One of the wires to the injector will come on for a couple seconds as soon as you turn the key to the on position. The computer controls the ground side. If you do not get power to one of them start looking for an open circuit. The same power source will also go to your ignition coil and ignition module. If you do not have power on the pink wire to the coil apply a temporary fused battery power source to it and give it a try, this will also power up the injectors.
Check it out and let me know.
