I had a Pontiac grand am that did the same thing it had a bad ignition switch. It also had a bad fuel pump.
Sounds like it could be a bad ignition switch-the electrical part, not the lock cylinder. When key is in the on position (run), those fuses should be powered. Are all the maxi-fuses good? They distribute power throughout the car's electrical circuits-like the fuse panel, for instance, so check the maxi-fuses. If good, probably the ignition switch is bad.

did you flood if so change iol and filter remove plugs put some oil in each cylinder then turn over about 12 times put new plugs in and should fire

check wires at throttle body. can use a 12 volt test light to check for current. if you have spark it is not the ign module. set meter for 12-20volts. should have 2 fuse boxes on this model, one behind right side of dash at floorboard

there is a wire in the back of the stereo that controls the windows you might have a short if neither is working

Is the security light on? If you have spark and fuel, it should run. Any codes? Could be bad crank sensor or cam sensor.
