Eatx supplies the transmission with voltage. I've never heard of an eatx safety shutdown relay. there is a transmission control relay in the pdc and that's it.

If you are talking about the cooling fan relay for the radiator there is no low speed and high speed relay. There is only one relay and it is behind the grill revitted to the bumper rail. It is doesnt look like you typical relay.

the relay is located in the power distribution box under the hood the relay will be a square black or gray cube just pull out and make sure you rerplace it with the same type relay. refer to your owners manual for any questions regarding the fuses and relays
