'02 Dodge Ram 1500 quad with dead dash

'02 Dodge Ram 1500 quad//Sounds as if i have the exact same problem. Nothing on the dash works @ all, controls on the steering wheel are out, no turn signals, no interior lighting. Keyless entry doesnt work. However the radio will work but only manually with the knobs & buttons on it. There is one red LED in the instrument cluster that stays on all the time, doesnt flash just stays on rather the truck is on or not, the manual states that it is the "security' light. I just hope i dont need a new dash

This is likely a short in the power distribution block located on your stearing column. There was a recall for this problem. Contact the dealer for information.

If you havent done it already locate your fuse box. Locate all fuses related to your dash board and check them. If you havent done this there is a great possibility you have a blown fuse.

my recirc door was broken twice before i found these guys.

if you call them up and talk to them on the phone, they will help you figure out what you need. when i explained what my issues were, they sold me 1 door instead of the entire 4 door kit. my ac works great now.

1500 series, Dodge Ram Quad - right side front signal light problem, dash and back light work but not the front. When emergency flasher is on, everything else works but not that light, bulb and flasher...
this sounds like a " ground " problem in the wiring to that bulb check all wires are not damaged or coroded and that the contacts and connections are good. you need to wiggle them sometimes to resolve it.

You must first remove the screw behind the plastic bag hanger. Then you simply tug the assembly and it will pop out. Be careful with wire connections to your temperature controls.
