Once engine is started it runs fine for about 15 to 20 min, then the rpm drops to zero and the engine is rough. After about 30 to 40 min I'll start the engine and it runs normal and again the same problem arises. Check eng ON with code 320. I've change the Ignition Fail Sensor and keeps doing the same thing. suggestions?
Theres a few sensors that could be the issue, it would probably be cheaper to pay a mechanic to scan and watch which sensor fails when the engine dies instead of changing random parts. There might be freeze frame data in the history that could pin point which sensor failed. Like if the crank sensor fails the engine will shut off because the cpu doesn't know where the engines timing is anymore.

U may find that the negative battery cable has worn and it needs replacing. Check from battery down to the car cassie. That happened to me on my Nissan.

SOURCE: What can keep causing Check engine code P0128
CODE P0128- THERMOSTAT MALFUNCTION. POSSIBLE CAUSES 1. ECT SENSOR IS OUT OF CALIBRATION. 2. CHECK THE OPERATION OF THE THERMOSTAT IT MAY BE STUCK OPEN.3.INSPECT FOR LOW COOLANT LEVEL OR FOR AN INCORRECT COOLANT MIXTURE.
SOURCE: engine stopped while driving chk eng light on,
A crank-no start condition can definitely be caused by a faulty crank sensor; if after testing the crank sensor and finding it defective you will need to clear the codes and drive for at least a couple of drive cycles to see if the emission codes are legitimate or were simply induced by the failure of the crank sensor.
