I have a 1999 Chevy Silverado Z71 it has over 100,000 miles. It runs great except sometimes when it gets between 50-60 MPH it will hiccup on an incline. I had the transmission flushed by the mechanic. They have hooked it up the the machines but it dosen't give any error codes and they cannot get the problem to duplicate when they have it.

This sounds more like a misfire under load than a transmission issue. This is one of the most misdiagnosed problems we see on a regular basis. The fact that it is only noticeable while going up an incline leads me to believe you likely have worn out spark plugs, and/or a weak ignition coil.
While you do not have a check engine light on, this can happen when you have only a minor or very intermittent misfire. Once the misfire becomes worse or happens more often, the computer will turn on the light- or cause the light to flash indicating a serious misfire which could cause catalytic converter damage.
Try having your garage monitor their scan tool data for real time misfires while driving it under a load such as the incline you mentioned, or even while brake-torquing the engine (pushing the throttle slightly while the transmission is in gear and the wheels are chocked and brakes applies) This can help duplicate the conditions where you noticed the issue. Monitoring the misfire data can help them pinpoint which cylinder(s) is misfiring and swapping spark plugs or ignition coils between cylinders can determine which component is causing the issue.

SOURCE: Chevrolet Malibu 2001 Transmission Flush or not

75,000 miles isnt alot of miles, unless they were mostly city miles. If you aren't experiencing any transmission problems,i would drop the pan, change the filter and whatever fluid the pan holds, and hold off on flushing the entire sytem. The clutches and bands sometimes don't do well when shocked with ALL new fluid that contains a certain amount of detergent. The only real problems i have seen with the total flush is on Dodge trucks of the 90's up to even 2000 and some later models, the transmissions use a governor pressure sensor, and solenoid, and i have seen many of them set codes after the flush, and the components having to be replaced with new.Black fluid isn't a good indicator.Brown fluid,is better than black. And red fluid is the best.

SOURCE: Chevy truck running rough 150,000 miles

Find out why the engine light is coming on, it is the info u probably need to fix the running rough problem. Most auto parts stores will read the codes stored in your trucks computer for free, write them down, and ask what they mean and how to correct the problem. If u need more info, return to this site w/ codes for further help.

SOURCE: abs codes co281 & co265

the first of the two codes is for the brake light switch, the one that is under the dash attached to the brake rod and brake peddle. Not much to diag on that one, if its bad it's bad, and when it sets the code that means it's bad.
The second one is for the abs modual, it's under the truck on the drivers side. It is bolted to the top of the thing that has all of the brake lines going to it. MOST all of the time that code is set the modual is bad. It can be a little hard to get the bolts out they are torqs 20 or 25(i'm getting old). There are four of them holding down the modual. There are also a couple of connectors going to it. And some of the time it will blow the fuse for the abs under the hood(its in the underhood fues block). Make sure to clean off the modual before you pull it out. You don't want dirt getting in the solinoids for the BPMV(that's the thing it's bolted to).

SOURCE: why does my 2005 chevy silverado shake at 50mph?

Hard to pinpoint because there are many that overlap at that speed.

The first is wheel balance or bent rim. This will be mostly through the steering wheel though.

The engine should not pulse in power, but could physically shake if bad motor mount.

Of course we also can't rule out low transmission fluid or bad speed sensor influencing shift points.

I think things like wheel bearing and Ujoints unlikely at such low miles.

Does it have a lock up feature on the torque converter? That could be trying to engage and disengage at that intermediate speed?

Vibration in the steering wheel on a 4wd truck

I just had the same issue with a 1999 2500HD and the vibration got worse above 50 mph. Problem was resolved with a new driveshaft. Old one (aluminum) was badly out of true and the problem didn't really occur until I had the U joints changed - then bent driveshaft vibration was noticeable. New driveshaft resolved issue.
