How many cold cranking amps it take to crank a 1999 chevy express van

I had a simular problem. I had bad plug/coil wires. The foil insulation from the engine cover would draw the voltage from the wires.

The small wire on the starter is shorting out. May have twisted when tightened -Ned-

Disconnect battery, clean all connection to master fuse 125 amp check for loose connection to your battery and ignition, connect battery. You done. If this don't work then you have to goto dealer or make a bypass of your security system
