SOURCE: 93 GMC Suburban, No Tail Lights

Check the trailer plug ground first. If in doubt. Ground in another location. Make sure the area is free of rust and the ground is tight.

SOURCE: How do you hook up trailer lights on my 1999 gmc 4x4 Suburban

If your only going with a flat 4 connector, you will have a connection behind rear bumper area that you can buy an adapter to put between the connectors & flat 4 will connect from there, otherwise you can splice into your light harness in back of cargo area, behind panel in the corner. That's all provided your only going with a flat 4. If you need more info, just let me know.

SOURCE: 1999 GMC Suburban. no sound from radio

there is a plug at the back of the radio connecting it to the vehicle wiring loom. If you can get at thes plug, either from below or by removing the radio unit, make sure the plug is tight and secure. I can't think that the amp has gone or you would have lost all sound, so this is more than likely the problem.

SOURCE: need wiring diagram for 1999 gmc tail lights

I'am going to go out on a limb hear and assume that you need this due to the fact your tail lights quit working. This is a very common problem, and the circut board in the tail lamp seems to be the main problem in these. Most parts stores carry these at all times. If you need for other than this problem- please clarify

The tail light fuse is under the rear seat on the drivers side.

No dash and tail lights working.

Well the dash lights and tail lights are on two different circuits and fuses, but both controlled by the headlight switch.
Have you checked the fuses to see if they have power ?

My left tail light and turn light not working on 1998 gmc suburban. Bulb is fine.

Sounds like you have a bad tail light circuit board.

unplug the connector and use a test light to confirm there is power to the circuit board for the lights that do not work. If there is power replace the circuit board. They are usually in stock at your local parts store.

Brake lights not working at all. tail lights, reverse lights and turn signals are working

It's most likely the Brake Light Switch located by the brake pedal, Have the switch tested first to confirm and then replace it and it should be fine.

1999 Suburban 2500 4WD interior lights won't go off and no daytime dash light. Dome over ride button doesn't affect it. Had to remove bulbs. Have had panel lights sometimes off. Come back on after restart...

Sounds to me like your light switch is faulty, however, check and remove all the door buttons to determine this, ensure that the wire/s are connected on the buttons and that the door is butting against them when closing.{ including the tail gate} Good luck

Brake lights only show on center 3rd high stop tail lamp

Yes, the flasher does interrupt the brake signal. you do know that this is a push on, push off switch. Some try to pull this switch to turn off flashers, but, it has to be pushed again to turn off.
