One belt drives the alternator and the a/c compressor and the other must drive the p/s
The alternator belt can be changed from the top, the ps belt is best done from the bottom with the tire removed.
The alternator should have an adjusting bolt and the ps has an adjusting bracket. You loosen the bolts for the alternator and ps pump then use the adjusting bolts to tighten the new belts.

Start with it around the crankshaft, and then just go flat sides to flat sides, and ribs to ribs, and work your way around.

There should be an idler pulley nearby to your aircon compressor, with an adjusting bolt to tighten your belt. If the belt is tight and still squeals, there are allsorts of weird and wonderfull things that are applied to them to stop squealing. Vaseline won't hurt the rubber but it will stop the squealing...hope this helps.

this sounds correct, however, if you go to autozone.com, the have access to free online manuals, giving you step by step instructions on how to remove. you will need to register and provide some info about your vehicle. it is FREE! the manuals are in the do it your self area. Good Luck!
