The dash lights work with the park lights. If the park lights are operational, there is no fuse issue. Make sure the dashlight dimmer control switch is not turned to the low/off position
The dimmer switch for the headlights only affect the headlights. The dimmer control for the dash lights only affect the dash lights. So if the parking lights are going off too, I would say its the headlight switch. Thats about the only thing that involves all three circuits. It could also be the harness plug at the headlight switch. BTW - the turn signal lights are another circuit from the parking lights.
Possibly the the dimmer switch that controls dashlight brightness may be bad or the wiring connected to it may have an issue. They both should also be on the same fuse.
Daytime running light module which is located under dash (around the area of the fuses) probably has a bad solder joint inside (if you take it apart). If not could be bad connection on one of the switches (like your dimmer switch)
Fuse #34 is detailed as "TAIL", but it also operates the dash lights too. If your dash are not working and the fuse is good the most likely cause would be your dash dimmer switch. If you press on it and the lights come on. Simply replace it.
Sounds like a short circuit here ? You will need to locate the short circuit . Most probable is the tail lamps and their connections , then number plate lights , then any hinged wiring going from body to a door or trunk (ie No plate illum lights) area . Sometimes the dash dimmer can be a problem . Good luck
The dash light dimmer by the light switch can be turned off or bad, or the bulbs can be bad, this can happen yes all of them if the get a power surge. If you have an other light operated by the dimmer is it on? if it works then the dash light bulbs or the back of the dash is bad
