2011 v6 Camaro with no prior issues.Fill up of premium, on an empty tank, drove 2 miles home. The next day started the car, and engine had severe miss, would not even idle.Trouble codes po300,303,304,305,306 .It eventually started and after warm up ran good. Cleared t/c's. drove it all day no problems, no trouble codes. The next day, hard starting...warmed up, ran good.Opinions? Bad gas or "coincidence" and I have a blown gasket somewhere? Is there any-thing else it could be? My wife's car and is driven daily (very mild driver), faithful oil changes etc. 60,000 miles .
Could be bad gas but more than likely it can be the blown gasket problem
Very hard to diagnose without trouble codes, but sounds like a fuel problem - bad gas, fuel filter plugging, fuel pressure regulator acting up, etc. I would certainly check fuel pressure at the engine with key on but not started, and then while trying to start.
SOURCE: No spark. Have a '91 S-10 4.3L. Drove to work,
check crank position sensor, run scanner for trouble codes , some auto parts will do this for free
SOURCE: rough idle, cruise control also stopped working
Sounds like you could have gotten some water in your fuel tank from that fill up. Go to a autoparts store and get a product to put in the tank that takes care of water in fuel. Use it when you fill the tank up a few times after and hopefully it goes away. Whenever you can't sustain power in the engine or it runs rough then your cruise control will constantly be shut off because the engine doesn't have the power to keep the speed up and should go away once your engine is running clean again.
Good Luck
Car not starting or turning over indicates towards multiple possibilities. It can be issue with battery or weak battery. But if battery checks out ok, then it can be starter issue or faulty alternator or problem with low fuel pressure or no spark at spark plugs due to dirty spark plugs or faulty ignition coil or injectors getting cracked or dirty and needs to be cleaned.
To confirm the problem, the basic troubleshooting is required.
