Try a new fuel filter. It is most likely a problem with either the fuel or spark try the fuel filter first it is the cheapest solution to try at this point.

Will not start first try but will start

If the engine starts and run good on second or third time. Install fuel pressure gauge and run the engine for a wile and turn OFF. the fuel on running engine will be 60-65 PSI. After 5 min. will drop to 40 PSI.If continue to drop to 0 PSI suspect fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump.

Replaced very noisy fuel pump, still wont start, pump runs constantly if key is on

Try taking the relay out and putting it back in. If that does not work, you should try to replace the relay. this has happen to my wife's car before. on 04 kia rio

Why won't my car start? It was running last night.

Try start the car again when it is completely dry, if it starts the rain may be short circuiting something on the loom in the engine bay.

If it still wont start,

will it turn over? (car tries to start)
- If it wont turn over the battery would be dead

- If it turns over but wont burst into life then we can go from there ^_^

Wont start , filled gas , changed plugs, can start with ether to airbox but wont continue running

If it wants to start with either then that says there is a fuel delivery problem.
Can you hear the fuel pump run? Maybe run for a few seconds when the key is first turned on.
Has it been run low on gas? Bellow 1/4 often or even empty? Those are good ways to kill a fuel pump.

Turns over and over can hear fuel pump come on will start with starting fluid and runs great but when shut off for a little while wont start again only with starting fluid

If the starting fluid works then you have a fuel pump or a fuel pump relay issue. The fuel pump relay allows the pump to come on for about 2 secs and prime the fuel system. Once the engine starts then the power to the fuel pump runs through the oil pressure circuit.
If the car starts on starting fluid and then continues to run... I would lean toward a fuel pump relay issue. Hope this helps, Good Luck!
