Wipers, blower, and windows dead when running

The FCM -front control module could be the problem. It is attached to the PDC (power distribution center). Both units combined. it is called an IPM (integrated Power Module). Without testing is would be just a guess . Your best bet , take it to a qualified repair shop an have it diagnosed .

There is a device made into the wiper motor itself, known as the wiper park switch. Its designed to turn off the wipers at a pre-determined position once you switch them off. it is needing to be calibrated because of dead battery.i cant remember for sure but i think you had to push rear wiper and recirc buttons at the same time and hold them down a couple of seconds. engine has to be running and at normal operating temp. lights will flash and vents will change heat to cold etc. if it fails any test the lights will just keep blinking untill repaired and recalibrated.

Rear wiper motor

raise up the tail gate . remove the phillip screws holding the handle or pull down strap.remove all other screws holding the rear plastic tail gate panel in place than start in one corner try to pull down on the plastic panel as it is also held in place with push style plastic clips.you can use a straight blade screw driver to start releaseing the clips.once you have the panel off you have done the hard part/ just unbolt the wiper motor and reassemble.
good luck chris
