I have a 2005 Chrysler 300 limited RWD 3.6L with 12.6 rotors none vented front and rear. I am trying to swap out to Chrysler 300c 12.6 rear and 13.6 front rotors (vented) I`m having two problems... 1) The rear caliper mounting bracket will not fit over the thicker rotor. Do I just purchase I mounting bracket for a 300c or is there more to this 2) The front rotor is an inch bigger. Do I just purchase the caliper mounting brackets for a 300c and that will solve this problem Thanks for your help

More than likely you'll need to install some spacers to prevent the rubbing...
SOURCE: How do I get the front rotors off my 2005 Chevy
They should just come off the 34mm nut is holding the wheel bearing in place
SOURCE: 2004 silverado rear brake torque specification,
31 ft lbs for caliper to bracket, then caliper bracket to nuckle is.148 ft lbs for 6400 & 7200 lbs GVWR or
122 ft lbs for 9900 lbs GVWR or
221 ft lbs for 12300 lbs GVWR.
good luck hope this helps.

SOURCE: having trouble removing rear disc brake rotor fron
This vehical has drum styal park brake shoes on the inside of the brake rotor so make sure the park brake isn't set and you can turn the rotor. If you can't turn the rotor you will have to look into this first if the park brake is set or sticking you won't get the rotor off if thats ok try spray with penting oil helps a little. I use a 4 or 5 lb sluge hammer and hit the rotor kinds close to the wheel studs about 5 times then hit the outer edge from the back side also works on the outerside. Don't be afread to hit hard I never broke one.
