Anything certified to Jwl 3309 spec. The manual says mineral only, but these manuals were written years ago before synthetics moved on. I have an 03 Aero SS with the 5 speed Asin Warner box and I've just changed the fluid with a 3309 from eurocarparts that cost 8 quid a litre and it's been fine. Be careful though, the fluid in the 6 speed and 5 speed are very different and you don't want to get them mixed up. For the 6 speed I'm not so sure of the oil, but if you have the 5 then do not use anything other than 3309 spec fluid. If you have a Toyota dealer near you they sell a 3309 (Toyota owns part of Asin Warner who makes the boxes) called Toyota ATF Type IV (4) which is what you need and is also fairly cheap.

Hi - I have a much loved 2004 SAAB 93 Aero sedan.

This has been happenning on my 2006 Saab 9-3 2.0 T also for about 2-3 months also. I have had no clues until today I learnt by accident that the lumbar support on my car's driver seat does not work anymore. Which means that there are broken strings/wires inside the seat and that move on braking and make clicking sound. I haven't checked my seat's lumbar support but will do soon.

Try your lumbar support adjustment and see if it is moving freely, that means it not adjusting the lumbar support. If that's the case, that may be the cause of the clicking/slight-movement of the seat.

When i start the engine make noise for few seconds

It sounds like you need to check and replace your engine oil and oil filter. This will happen when it is cold and dirty and it takes time to get to the oil ports in the engine. I hope this helps. Don't forget to rate my answer. Thanks.

Stiff gearchange on 93 vector diesel

A few things can cause your symptoms. Check the slave cylinder, see if the res. is full, any leaks, or if the pedal changes if you pump it. If it checks out then you may need a new pilot bearing, throw-out bearing, and/or clutch assembly.
