so did not check all fuses first? and IS.
can you be more clear, what works and does not work?
electrics failures, we need all that works to
not told does, car drive day or night.? (A#1purpose)
head lamps
brake lamps
parking
turns
radio works
heater dash blower works on high.

gauge back lamps you meant and are part of PARK. +dimmer.

and what does this mean.

dash lights
you mean the cluster waring lamps are dead
like doors open, CEL, brakes, oil, seats belts., etc, be clear .
we are blind here can not see your dash.

FUSE PANEL LOCATION
The fuse panel is located in the engine compartment. A label on the inside of the cover lists the fuse amperage and circuits protected.

I would check the ground wire for the parking light circuit, especially around and in the light socket where you replaced the bulb.

The fuse that feeds them is no 22(15amp) in the interior fuse panel,however this fuse feeds the park lamp relay so if your park lamps are working this would not be the problem.
I would suspect that you have a loose or unplugged connector. Most likely connector C913 located behind dash in the top left corner above emergency brake pedal.It will be a round 4 wire cavity connector but will have only 2 wires in it BK/GY and VT/WH.

you have two wires touching somewhare, probabley on front passengers side or the wires are mashed into the frame causing a short. i would investagate all the light wiring on the passenger front and tape up any exposed wires. a crushed socket can also cause this.

You have a bad ground, look out by the battery for a bunch of black wires screwed to the body of the car, check that they have a clean and tight connection, scrap off any paint under the wires.

There are two fuse panels on most GM cars.  One is under the hood...not it.  Look near the side of the instrument panel along the door area or immediately under the end of the panel.  You'll find it there.

can you access it by removing the lens? or is it behind the headlight type?
