Clean the mass air flow sensor with brake cleaner spray. Throw away the K & N filter if you have one installed. Both are common causes that set a P0171

P0202,203,206,208 are injector control circuit issues, this means it is either wiring harness related or powertrain control module related, P0133 and P0171 are O2 switching issues, this may be related to the injector circuit problem since it is a fuel control issue. This one is going to ake a trip to the dealer to sort out.

Check to make sure your intake system does not have any leaks in it that is allowing extra air to come in past the MAF sensor.

What is the code PO133 means on 2001 chevi tracker 2.5 6 cylinders?

P0133 Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) Slow Response Bank 1 Sensor 1 You Could need a new O2 sensor !
A lean-to-rich transition is indicated when the HO2S voltage changes from less than 300 mV to more than 600 mV. A rich-to-lean transition is indicated when the HO2S voltage changes from more than 600 mV to less than 300 mV. A HO2S that responds too slowly is likely to be faulty and should be replaced
This is something that needs to be checked with a scan tool or a volt meter set on millivolts . A scan tool is preferable !
How does the vehicle run ? ruff - smooth , does it have a misfire ?

99 Bonneville 3.8 vin k Po code 133 How to fix it?

P0133

Description
HO2S 1 CIRCUIT SLOW RESPONSE

PCM provides about 0.45 volt reference to HO2S 1. HO2S 1
sensor signal voltage varies from about one volt when exhaust is rich
to about 0.1 volt when exhaust is lean. PCM counts number of times a
rich-to-lean and lean-to-rich response is indicated and adds amount of
time it takes to complete all transitions. PCM uses this information
to determine average time for each transition. If average response
time is slow, DTC P0133 will set.
Symptoms
You will likely not notice any drivability problems.

Causes
  • The oxygen sensor is faulty
  • The wiring to the sensor is damaged
  • Exhaust leak
Possible Solutions

The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
If the code comes back.

Error code p0133

If the CEL comes back on you probably have a vacuum leak somewhere that is causing the system to run lean. Please let me know if you have any other questions. Thanks for using FixYa!

It sounds like you have injector problems. You can get a free diagnostic at participating Auto Zone, Pep Boys, Kragen, etc (national auto parts stores) to isolate the problem. This may not be a fix it yourself problem.
