Did u check tail light fuse underhood fuse center,if that fuse is blown ,tail lights on trailer and lic. light on truck wont work,if ok,check elect. circuit for broken wire.at trailer plug or conn.

loose ground wier to bulb holders or look inside of em sometimes they get cacked up with junk n just clean em but MOST LIKELY its a loose wire or blown fuse!!!
