I purchased 2008 ford taurus awd in November have had nothing but problems no tailights-chromes wheels cracking-engine ticks-wheels make a noise sometimes when turning sharply-----brakes rub sometimes-paint seems to have more car wash scrathes then normal wear--the car has 6 histories and only 3000 miles 150 when I purchased is anyone else having this problem any advise unless it is the same problem ford really can't offer lemon law getting tired of taking it in for service....any advice....
I would get a hold of someone in Ford customer service because you should have a 3years or 36,000mile warrenty on this car and you should not be having all the problems you are having I am a Ford man and I have had 6 taurus myself and never had any of the problems you are having and mine have all been bought used with previous owners. this is something I would like for you do for me and let me know open the driverside door and look at the build date and if it is somewhere around a holiday this maybe your problem cause at that time everyone is thinking about celebrating and not thinking about the quality of their work.

the wheels and the brake problems could be caused by the wheel bearings. are the wheels with the brake problem on the front? did you purchase it from a main ford garage?
