The light you are seeing has a lightning bolt inside of two parenthesis like this: ) ! ( That is for the throttle pedal position sensor. It detects restrictions in air flow to the throttlebody.1. Air filter (if more than 6k miles or 1 year)
I own a 2004 Ram 1500 w/ Hemi I also have this system. My issue is similar but not as often. Plan to do some cleaning on the EGR and throttlebody this summer.
2. foreign object in airbox (with filter)
3. reset sensor after 1&2 are delt with
Turn ignition to ON position fully press gas pedal to floor and release in one second. One time only.

sounds like the coil pack is failing or you could just have water in your fuel.... buy a couple bottles of gas line antifreeze (it sucks up water) and add them to your tank when you fill up.... if that doesn't fix it it is likely the coil pack
SOURCE: Cirrus Stalling With Check Engine Light On did not come on the first time it happened
Your problem sounds like it may be a Mass Air Flow sensor, when it does run bad disconnect the sensor, if the engine starts running ok the sensor is bad, this would be the most common reason for your problem and why it is only intermittent. As far as the overheat do you have a coolant leak?
SOURCE: Oil Pressure light comes on....
The oil light should come on when the car stalls, this is normal. The stalling isn't, do u have a warranty thru the dealer u purchased it from? Most have at least a 30 day warranty. A 2004 should have included some type of warranty. U should bring it back, and they should correct the problem at no charge if u recently purchased it, and there is some sort of guarantee. Let me know if there is.
