My cars drives fine but the seucrity light wont go off when u first start the car ever things works fine then once u get going then light comes on and the gaugaes quit but still runs fine

HOW many miles on the engine (REDUX)?/? 3.5L V6 engine? or 2.5 or the Diesel??????????

let me guess the mech tested the car and it ran OKAY, so says" I can't find the problem. " ( what else")
you never told what the engine does , when it does fail and is Intermittent.
just that engine is ON. (runs)
and car does not move, sometimes.
what matters first, only when it fails, is does ENGINE RPM RISE fast and high when it fails.
see how that works, if it did the transmission is slipping (CVT are not fun here)
2500 RPM when it fails, right foot in to the throttle pedal this is transmission slip (failure)
if RPM are low failed, that is engine failure. (lean burning) or EGR stuck on or other problems , many.

lost engine power. has lots of causes; but this is gas(petrol) answer.

1: engine failing ,top cause , VVT or that chain loud noise? ?
2: spark plugs bad over 100k miles, (not diesel)
3: fueling bad, even bad fuel, or goes lean due to fuel pressure loss.(low) fuel pump weak?

my geo tracker wont turn over the lights wont come on nothing is working iv tested the battrey its fine and checked all the fueses they are fine too why is there no power to any thing?

sound like your ABS system. you may have a lose wiring plug some where in the system when the ABS system get active it the system gets all kind of funny things make the car go slow the brakes it brakes it self there is no power in the engine. have your car for a truly electrical check up

bad battery or bad,corroded terminals

well when i have crazy stuff like that come into the shop i always find bad grounds causing the problem! it is effecting to many different parts of the car not to be a ground. you have to think what is in common with all that stuff and the only thing is grounds and battery! so check them and you should find a lose connection some where

it could be a few different things. dirty fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, fuel injectors, etc. just to name a few. its best to start with a tune up and go from there.

i tkae it u have checked ur battery for a leak, and you have also chnged ur spark plugs

Try checking the starter solenoid wires.Make sure the wire hasnt come loose and the battery to solenoid cable is tight.

i think your exhaust might have a leak which is heating up your oil when this happens the engine suffocates and wants to die.

sounds like your passlock sensor on the ignition barrel is faulty. you will have to go to the dealer to have it replaced because of the programming after replacement.
