After the engine is warm my nissan d21 idles low and stall sometimes. I've replaced the plugs, wires, dis. cap, O2 sensor, and still can't get it. I bumped up the idle a bit and it didn't stall but I feel as though the idle is too high now. The check engine light comes on when this happens, I am going to check the code today, It is a pain in the **** to check the codes cause I have to take the seat out. Any help would be great!

The idle speed is computer controled, it is not adjustable, you most likely have sludge in the throttle valve and the idle speed control air bypass valve, clean them with carb spray with the engine running.
SOURCE: Will a 1998 jeep 4L 2.5 motor work in a 1991 jeep wrangler?
Most likely yes. One thing about the older Jeeps is that they did not change the models much from year to year. If the two jeeps had the same engine, they are probably nearly 100% interchangeable.

The description sounds like a technical Service Bulletin Nissan came out with on your car. It fits your description to a "T".
However, the codes you are getting are not what the service bulletin reports. The code they say it sets is DTC 0400 which relates to an irregular EGR operation, causing a problem where it will not maintain an idle or Will idle roughly. There is not a recall campaign on this item.
As far as misfire problems: Nissan had a service bulletin out on problem ECM's which caused this problem. Check with your local dealer. This may possibly be covered under warranty.
The reference number is NTB97-026 The bulletin was issued March,12,1997 There was no recall on this item.
Good luck to both of you.
