26 is a quad driver failure, 41 is a cam sensor failure. I can give you a test procedure for 26 but for 41 you likely need to replace the magnet that is in the cam gear for the cam sensor pick-up.

Where do I find the fuel pump relay for a 89 Buick Lesabre limited

The relay should be in the engine compartment on the firewall under the windshield. There may be several relays in a cluster and they are not marked.
You would check the circuits the relay uses, or just replace it with a new relay. Some of the other relays can be switched for a test if they have the same type plug.

How many quarts of oil in 89 buick lesabre?

Should be about 4.
When you add 4, then park the car on a level surface, and wait about 15 minutes, and then check the level with the dipstick.
The low line and the full line are 1 quart apart.
Be blessed.

Tail lights quit working on 89 buick lesabre...also dash lights

check your dash ground. the tail lights and dash lights run on the same circuit.

if the fuse is good, a ground is your most likely culprit.

89 Buick Lesabre wont start - it is not the battery - Is it the starter of a bad chip in the key. Is there a way to tell?

1989 buicks did not have a chip in keys. get someone to use a remote strter switch(which you can buy at a parts store). follow instructions. if it doesn't start; try there.

89 buick century idling ruff when started, and fan comes on right away even though car is cool, but drive ok ones you get going? Ive got a code 22/ 42 Thanks so much

You need to determine why the fan is on (stuck relay, bad sensor etc.) If it remains on, the computer keeps engine controls in "cold-start" mode and will not operate properly. (re-check codes after the fan works right.)
