Radio doesn't work. 3 Solutions Hi, I have a 2001 Mercedes CLK 320 hooked up amps woofer. I wanted to find out why suddenly the radio and ac doesn't work. It's completely dead. I checked all of the fuses but they all seem fine.

Mercedes have very complex electronics and computers. It sounds like a BCM Issue. The only way to fix is to get an auto electrician to use a professional grade $5k scan tool computer and check BCM Function.

I got this free Pdf manual from reliable-store for free and I don't think Ive visited a mechanic or fixya for help for more than 3-4 times out of the 20 times I fixed the chipper in these 4 years

AC Delco or Interstate batteries are the best......If you don't plan on keeping the car for more than 3-4 years then the Canadian Tire Motomaster Brand are very good as well with good warranty.....

In the fuse box under the hood, fuses 3, 6, 7, 10, and 12 are all directly related to the sound system. In the trunk, fuses 3, 6, and 7 are also directly related to the sound system. Please check all the fuse.

And also unplug the CD changer's power and fiber cable and then recheck the radio.

i put a new stereo in was working fine ater about 20 min speakers stoped working but the sub-woofer is still working

I purchased a MB CLK 320 and set the radio frequency and successfully put the freq in memory, however, the radio blinks tthe freq. Is this normal or do I have to enter another key to stop the radio from blinking?
