You've got a shorted switch. Change it. Try unplugging the switch and see what happens. You may have shorted wires somewhere. If you have a trailor hitch recepticle, check that for bad wiring also. Melted wires go unseen under tape or plastic protector sleeve. Mostlikely it's the switch for the headlights.
If you are handy with vehicle electrical, you can apply ground to the factory disarm wire, to permanently disarm the factory security. It's location and color;
