First it had a bad # 4cylinder misfire , fixed it then no power on drive until getting to higher speed, works perfectly on highway.
Then out of nowhere reverse gave out, tried neutral to reverse it from parking but no luck, I had to drag it out.
Now it only drives foward but have parked it so no more damage could be done, till it gets fixed.....

It sounds like the shifter lock out solenoid has gone bad.It is a solenoid that releases the shifter when you push the brake pedal.

There is a switch between the brake and the transmission. I forget what its called but unless you have your brake pedal pressed your car will not shift out of park. If you do have your brake pedal pressed there may be something wrong with the sensor.

under the vehicle there is a shift rod with a nut on it loosen the nut and move selector on tranny to park then line lever in truck up with it and tighten nut.

Mst shift linkage are now cables. You may have to replace cable.
