My truck has no reverse?

First it had a bad # 4cylinder misfire , fixed it then no power on drive until getting to higher speed, works perfectly on highway.
Then out of nowhere reverse gave out, tried neutral to reverse it from parking but no luck, I had to drag it out.
Now it only drives foward but have parked it so no more damage could be done, till it gets fixed.....

It sounds like the shifter lock out solenoid has gone bad.It is a solenoid that releases the shifter when you push the brake pedal.

There is a switch between the brake and the transmission. I forget what its called but unless you have your brake pedal pressed your car will not shift out of park. If you do have your brake pedal pressed there may be something wrong with the sensor.

under the vehicle there is a shift rod with a nut on it loosen the nut and move selector on tranny to park then line lever in truck up with it and tighten nut.

the shift cable is the problem,probably needs adjustment

Mst shift linkage are now cables. You may have to replace cable.

Most misfires will tend to smooth out at higher speeds so that knowledge is of limited use.

If it misfired on multiple cylinders all at once it would stop or at least not be able to attain "driving speed". You seem to be describing a case of rough running that could have it's roots in several things either separately or indicate a general malaise.

A few years ago I read a technical report stating the CR-V suffered a power loss when the engine oil level became low. Other than that the root could be from bad injectors to erratic sparks which only systematic checking is likely to discover.

Misfiring really bad untill reachs a higher rpm/engine light on/no power upon take off

It's in limp mode with no power. You need to check what code the check engine light is pulling. This will direct you what to check for. A lot of states will offer a free check engine light check. Will give you the code. If it's misfiring bad and your light is blinking fast, don't drive it! I'm betting it's one of your 6 coils that are bad without knowing what the code is.

172 , is 02 rich/ lean warning. this one is low oxy for rich.
this code can just be a victim. for sure , with misfire.
means 02 sensor stuck at rich,
what is water temp in engine coolant, at failure? less than 150F?
could be lots of things.
leaking injectors, bad fuel.
injector sticking> causing misfire.
id use a scan tool and watch all sensor when it fails.
too high fuel pressure.
misfires cold, but only luke warm cold starts not fully cold.

just one DTC, no P0300 or 30x misfire codes, not even P0300 pendings?

OK, if you have a misfire at a high rate of speed and it is intermittent, I wouldn't worry about it unless it makes the engine lose power or affects gas mileage.

If you want the engine to work perfectly, however, I would find out which cylinder is missing, and correct the problem by replacing coil packs or what not until it doesn't do this anymore.

Also, a bad O2 sensor can cause a 'random' mix that may come and go over time.

Heater only works when driving at a certain rate of speed

As crazy as this may sound, your water pump could be going bad. At higher RPM's the pump spins faster, keeping pressure on the system. Does the engine temperature gauge show that your car overheats while idling? The water pump may not have the power to push coolant or heat through your car's system until you're driving at higher speeds. The blades in the water pump could be broken.
