Got spark? if it does not have a spark it electrical. If it does have a spark it will be a fuel issue.
Depending on your vehicle coil configuration, pulling a coil and lay it 1/2 inch from a good ground point. Turn the key and see if it arcs from coil wire to ground. If it does, then you probably have a fuel issue.

The first step you have to take is to determine if you have an ignition or fuel problem. You must do this to know which direction in testing to go. After you find out which problem you have check your fuses and fuse links with a test light to make sure all circuits are working from that point.
