Anytime I turn on my A/C the fan under the hood kicks in loud and runs the whole time. When I stop and turn off the car it turns off within 30 secs. I have read this is normal, but my question is last summer it never was this loud, so did something fail and blow and now its speed and sound is faster and louder? Is there a small fan that normally does it and it's stopped so the larger one has taken over? I just don't want to be hurting something while driving around with A/C on.... Bare with me, not very mechanic smart.... HELP!
SOURCE: severe engine clunking after oil change
Appearently Mr Lube is either going to end up fixing your car. I dont know what could have happend other than maybe they put the wrong type of oil back in it. I would definately get ahold of some of the higher ups at Mr Lube and "Ensure" they put your car back the way it was when it arrived there. There is no purely coincidence about it. They were the last ones to touch it. They will be the first ones to fix it. Make sure you are very firm with them, and keep track of names/dates/events as this important if you need to consult an attorney because of their negligence. Hope this gives you some direction, Thanks for using FixYa!

SOURCE: Radiator fan stayed on and drained the battery, why?
I would venture to guess that, based on past experience, that the problem is more likely to be the thermo-switch in the radiator. Find what looks like a large plug in the lower part of the radiator it will have two electrical jacks. If you test this with a meter and there is continuity when cold, there lies the problem. If not then i would suspect a fused relay (pricier to buy). You would find it located just above the fuses... Hope this helps...;-)

It sounds like you have an hvac actuator problem. It could be the recirculate actuator either way the system should be scanned and after replacement it has to be calibrated.

SOURCE: Why does my 91 VW Jetta stall out and lose power while driving?
I had a similar problem and the mechanic diagnosed it as a problem with the ignition coil. So you might want to get that checked.
