Red with blue stripe and black... cut the red with blue strip and connect one end of the resistor to the harness side. Then splice the other end of the resistor to the black wire... do not cut it just splice into it.

What 2 wires for iat sensor

you lost the colors.? or are there 2 wires there that you know are IAT but dont know which pin fit them.?
no matter, either pin works.
the sensor is not electronic, its just a resistor, that is non polarized
the ECU sends current to the IAT, the current that flows, tells the
ECU what the air temperature is. in the intake.
no car year stated
no engine option stated in F150
so NO ANSWER exact , ever. (country helps too, but ill not say that it scares folks to death for some reasons)
Im in USA and ford does EXPORT cars and trucks.
the IAT is a thermistor, the FSm shows how it works and how
to test one easy, super easy, ask.

For a 2005 GMC yukon 5.3L what are the wire colors that control the IAT sensor There should only be 2 wires controlling it but there are 5 on the connection as it controls the MAF and IAT with the sa

The intake air temp sensor is part of the MAF sensor so yes there are 5 wires.
The two wires that go to the air temp sensor are tan and black. The other three are for the MAF.

Hookup of G Force Performance Chip to a 6 wire IAT sensor for 2003 Hummer H2?

You have to contact the mfg of that product

It won't do a thing for your vehicle

Waste of money & may do some harm

Send it back

If you have no instructions that should send up
a red flag & G Force never has them apparently

I have a 03 mitsubishi eclipse 2.4 what colors belong to the IAT sensor

Color wires? The IAT sensor is part of the mass air flow sensor. The wires in the MAF harness that go to the IAT sensor are: Brown is ground, Red/Purple is the 5v reference, and Green/Yellow comes from the IAT into the Atmospheric Pressure Sensor and out to the computer.

Hope this helps. Good luck!

2003 911 carrea has fc p0113 intake air temp sensor high out put has new air mass. sensor replace fc come back .please advisor for further diag.

A code P0113 may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
  • Internally failed IAT sensor
  • Faulty connection at IAT sensor
  • Open in IAT ground circuit or signal circuit
  • Short to voltage in IAT signal circuit or reference circuit
  • IAT harness and/or wiring routed too close to high-voltage wiring (e.g. alternator, spark plug cables, etc.)
  • Faulty PCM (less likely but not impossible)
