Already - replaced fuel filter, replaced air filter, ran a full tank of gas with fuel injector cleaner and dry gas through. rpm's do not go up when happening, when starting to go it hesitates or at a red light also like it will stall. does not happen when cruising along, only when starting out or when idle
It could be the TPS or Throttle Position Sensor.
The TPS let's the computer know the position of the butterfly plate in the throttle body, the computer then adjusts the fuel delivery to match for proper fuel air mixture. These do wear out over time and can cause the problem you describe.
Here is a link to a video on how to replace it. There are several videos so I recommend watching a couple for helpful tips.Hope this helps.

SOURCE: hesitation, stalling like out of gas
Clogged Catalytic Converter. What happens is as you push down harder on the accelerator you force more gas into the system causing a slightly richer mixture and more exhaust flow is neccessary. The easiest way to look for a clogged cat is when it's dark out take it for a ride causing it perform it's problem look under the vehicle if the cat is literally glowing red hot you either have a clogged cat or an extremely rich fuel mixture.

Best do a fuel pressure test. Should have chg. fuel filter from the get go. The only other filter is on the end of the fuel pump in tank. Bad gas and dirty gas will plug up fuel filter, hense burn pump up.

Have you changed the fuel pump yet?I had the same exact problem.I replaced my fuel pump with an AUTOZONE PIECE OF JUNK fuel pump. That pump lasted almost 2 days. The second day i had it the truck didnt want to start but it did and it ran like ****,and when i put it in gear it ran as long as I didnt touch that gas pedal. You could go get a fuel pressure test or just replace it,your call. You might want to check your filter too but im sure its the pump.Good luck

This happened to me at 53,000 miles. Its your air flow sensor. This runs at about $200 for the part plus labor.
