Have you had the AC unit serviced by reputable business?
the condensate drain line should be inspected.
OBD code P0442 Small EVAP leak detected you may need to check the EVAP canister under the vehicle and the purge valve as well check for cracks on the canister or the purge valve and check all the rubber hoses connected to them foe cracks or holes. If you find any damage parts replace them. P0455 which means a large EVAP leak is sometimes referred as the gas cap leak check your gas cap and secure it tight if you still have the code change the gas cap hope this helps after you find and fix the problems get the vehicle to a shop and they will use an OBD scan tool to clear the codes.
p0 (USA fed. codes)
455
Evaporative System Malfunction, Gross Leak
#1 DTC of all time.......
gas cap missing ,or loose or wrong cap
or any leak in the tank vent system.
tighten cap , reset ECU, drive 20miles, still there.>>>??
The 455 and 1174 are probably related to the same issue---emissions and air to fuel mixture which could be a purge valve for the evap. system and the 521 is usually a bad oil pressure sensor.
455 could be gas cap but could be leak in system,102 mass flow sensor, try to clean with spray like brake cleaner,113 intake air temp.1450&455 gas problem.
Both codes are for major leaks in the Evap system which vents fumes from the gas tank to the engine. Code 455 is for a major leak, and code 457 is for the gas cap which could cause 455. The codes can set if you run the engine with the gas cap off, or there may be a problem with the cap or other component.
These codes are for the evaporative emission system. The 455 is the vent solenoid. The 455 is a large leak in the evap.system.The vent solenoid I would replace because they go bad and will not work because they are under the vehicle in the rear of the truck. There is a bulletin for these and the vent valve is installed in another spot. The number for the bulletin is 02-06-04-037E.You should also look for a broken or loose hose or pipe that might have came off.Specially if you ran over something. If none found it could just be the vent solenoid stuck in the venting position.Good luck.
