Water pump is timing belt driven. Change your timing belt too. Drain the coolant/antifreeze and everything on the front of the motor has to come off. Make sure you have the timing marks lined up

you just have to check if belt is loose or if looks cracked, but either way that's something that you can replace as routine maintenance hope this helps!

You have to remove the timing belt to change the water pump, and if the belt has been on a while, it is smart to change it too, if you are planning on driving the car for a while. It takes 4.7 quarts. No need to change the timing belt unless you want to. How many miles are on it would be a good indicator of whether or not to change that belt. Doing a tune up on the car is good practice.
