I PURCHASED A NEW BATTERY AND IT STILL JUST STARTS FOR A MINUTE AND SHUTS DOWN
IF the car turns over and then starts, the battery is not the problem. Did you recently get a new car key made? If you have a key with a code in it, the dealer will have to reload/program this code specific to your vehicle. This is of course for security. If someone tries to hotwire your car, then it will start but is designed to shut off in around a minute...

This may or may not help. Hopefully it will. We recently purchased this 1998 chrysler town & country. Everything was working fine, started fine, etc. we took it to get emissions done.....passed emissions.. .made it home. i turned the car off to run inside for a minute. came back out car started.. ran for 3 seconds than died out. tried again... ran for 3 seconds than died out... after that it no longer would do anything. all the lights worked except in the ignition module. the top dashboard lights worked though. I then noticed that the "alarm set" light stayed lit. after replacing fuses and running an OBD test and found no trouble codes or issues with fuses it dawned on me it may be the alarm. after searching the internet for hours i found a forum that suggested unplugging the battery for about 5 minutes....rehook it and then try starting it again. well i tried doing that the first time using the REMOTE to unlock the doors and nothing happened. i locked the doors and repeated the same battery unhook-rehook process except without using the remote... (i noticed a lot of forums saying that the remotes can be deffective in that they somehow trigger the alarm if the transmitter is not working properly as well as the fact that chrysler has issues with their anti-theft systems and if the alarm is set than it will act as a kill switch not allowing your ignition to work).. so after unhooking and rehooking the battery and using only the key to unlock it started right up! so i've decided to not use the remote at all and have had no other problems. let me know if this helps
That is a code for an invalid skim key. If you have another skim key try it. If it does the same thing then the skim module may be bad.

Sounds like a short maybe. maybe the wire completely broke? if you know a technician, see if the fuel pump is even getting power when key is on
SOURCE: HOW DO I CHANGE THE BATTERY IN MY 2001 CHRYSLER CONCORDE?
You will need to disengage the Negative terminal (Black side) and then the Red (positive side). In addition, there might be a securing bracket with two bolts or wing nuts, loosen these and the rods can be pushed down and twist out of the bottom. Once this is done remove the battery and head to your local Auto parts store, they can help you select the correct one. re-assemble as you have taken apart. you will need to re program your stereo and reset your clock, (prior to removing terminals) make sure there are no special lock out codes for your stereo. Good luck!
