The OBD2 connector is on the passenger side of the center console. Right below where the plastic dash panel ends, there is a flap cut out in the carpet. Pull this flap back and you will find the port behind it.
you mean OBD2 and not OBD1 DLC port. right?
in usa, easy
not usa , there is not one.
ill pretend this is USA post.
in 1996 they all are here, but in 1995 only a short list of cars.
and varies by Engine option.
its very near the centerline of the steering column on all cars.

i think you should replace a new obd2 connector, because it may be corrosived, or broken. or you can ask the 24 hrs live technical support http://www.spobd2.com/, they will like to help you, good luck
Yes, i forgot, there may be a fuse, you need to inter the EPC system to check the detail infomation, no one remember clearly about that. or you can ask the 24 hrs live technical support http://www.spobd2.com/, they will like to help you, good luck
if you have no misfire and the engine idles good then the egr is not your issue. most likley your 02 sensor is the reason only if everything else has been checked out and to be deemed to factory specs. Its all really juist a guess if you don't want to get it professioally diagnosed. You just wasted money on a part that you didnt need. It could of paid for a proper diagnoses instead. One needs a data scanner to access the computer. There is no other wy.
those bearings are the pressed in type. if you are thinking of doing this yourself, dont. you will be better off having a repair facility do the work for you.
OBD DIAGNOSTIC LINK CONNECTOR / 1995 Honda Accord 2.2L MFI 4cyl
The OBD Diagnostic Link Connector is located:
Front seating area, driver side, driver side of
steering column, mounted behind center of
instrument panel.
the car is OBD 1 and the socket to connect to should be under the hood towards the pass. side... if not there check the center console under the radio area on both sides cause it will be the OBD 1 connector you are looking for not the OBD2 which is totally different... hope this helps...
The OBD2 system is on '96 and newer cars. There should be an OBD1 connection under the hood on the drivers side, But good luck finding an OBD1 scan tool.
on my 2007 honda civic
