I have replaced the fuses and headlights
If both lamps dont work a common problem was the headlamp module. It looks like a black relay in the underhood fuse block (next to the master cylinder), there is two black small relays right next to each other (they used to say 15016745 on top in white letters.) One is for the low beams and one is for the fan clutch. Swap them and check the lamps - if the come on, go get a new one at the dealer and replace the bad one. If you leave the bad one in the fan clutch your gas mileage will be bad and your ses light will come on.
Thanks thats the problem
I found one on ebay searching for 15016745

For the brake lights, there was a re-call for this problem. Contact the dealer and see if it's still in effect for this problem.
For the low beams, switch RELAY # 45 with relay # 46 in the fuse box. Do you now have low beams? If so, replace the relay, it will most likely be a special order. You can also try and clean the contacts by plugging the relay in and out 15 or so times, this has worked in many cases. This relay tends to oxidize to the point where you can't see the oxidation on it, but it's enough to cause problems.

I just replaced the low-beam bulb on my 2003 Chevy Trailblazer. The grill just needs to be loosed slightly. Then, raise two L shaped brackets, one on each side. For the inside one, I needed to use a flathead screwdriver to get to it. The light assembly can then be pulled out. Remove the rubber cover and rotate the bulb one quarter turn left to release it. Pull out the bulb, replace with a new one ($11.50) from Advance Auto Parts, and reverse the process. Once I figured it out, took about 10 minutes total.

when the hood is open there are two pins that have to be pulled. they have a 90 degree bent end that have to be rotated and pulled directly up. once both are pulled the headlight can be slid out and headlight changed.

my suggestion is that you check/ replacr the HDM(headlight driver module) relay in the main fuse box located under the hood near the battery.
