SOURCE: I lost my Saab Car Key, where can I get a

lostsaabkeys.com is the way to go......they're very fast and convenient. You only need to unscrew the driver's seat whch require and allywrench and take out the twice module send it to him and when they get it.......they can do it and send it off to you expressing shipping. So it would literally take only a week to get everything done. I love the key to my 02 saab 9-5 and i asked the dealer for the rplacement and he said $1200. But lostsaabkeys.com only cost 600 dollars. they very good and prompt and recomment it to anyone with a saab car.

I lost the keys to my 2004 saab 93 arc and I can't afford new keys so how can I start my car without a key

You can't. It has one of the very finest anti-theft systems.

You go to a dealership with your registration document and they will supply a key based on VIN number. When the vehicle came it has three sets of keys!

Lost only key for Saab 93 2004aero 2litre turbo 210 bhp was quoted silly money to fix. Got used key ignition and cim unit from scrap car and swopped to mine remote opens closes doors etc but now have...

The doors work on a different system to the ignition. The doors will unlock but the ignition key immobiliser is specific to each car. That means the car won't recognise the key. Replacing the lost key would have been the easiest fix even though it costs a lot. All you need is the vehicle details for your car. I was quoted Ā£200 for a replacement Vauxhall key. Cheaper than replacing steering columns and associated electronics.
Your only other option is to take it to a Saab Dealer/specialist and pay the 'silly money' for them to reset and link the replacement scrap car key to your car.

Lost the only keys to my 1996 saab 900

The dealer might have the only solution, but if they can't help you buy a new car, it's $1600 to have it rekeyed. Thats what a saab dealer told me, I could be wrong. Blue book on the car is also about $1600. They could have just been trying to get me to buy a spare key theyre only $60.
