Locks and hatchback

I have a 2001 ford explorer sport the hatchback will not open. The glass part opens but not the bottom part. I can hear the locks working but it won't open not even with the key. Recently my passenger door lock has been geting stuck and will only unlock sometimes, they are automatic locks.. My driver side window switch has been getting stuck when rolling my window up.

Open the rear inside cover and you will see where the keeper for the handle mechanism may have broken. You can get this from any part store. It is difficult to get in there but a small hand can open it for better access.

Hatch back won't open - works fine for a while and all of a sudden it won't open

Call the dealer. There was a recall for some Ford hatches and yours may be one of them. There was a problem with the hinges and how the glass was fastened.
