I recently jump started my 2008 cadillac cts after that the radio wont turn back on, the lights of all my dashboard do turn on the problem is when i turn off my car and get out those lights stay on and they wont turn off. which causes to kill my battery over and over again, what can this be? help PLEASE i've just had my cadi for about a month barely. any smart comments are appreciated. thankyou.

i had a 2003 ctc that did the same thing, it wouldn't start or would make a clicking sound and about 1 mth after the problem started aND mechanics could not find a problem my car caught on fire and burned completely from something under the right side of the hood. i had just parked the car and got out, it happened really fast. the fire chief said the cause was unknown????

now i have a 2004 cts and i'm having the same problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! has anyone else had this happen???? please be cautious if your cts is doing this, during the fire my doors locked and had to be pried into by fire chief.

I'm Going To Assume You HGav The 3.2L Opal Engine. These Were Most Common For The Crangshaft Position Sensor Failling When Hot, Causing A Stall. When The Vehicle Stalled The Sensor Would Cool & The Engine Would ReStart. This Would Repeat Over & Over, & Over...
If You Have Access To A Scan Tool, Check For DTC P0335, If It Does Even As History, Replace The CKP Sensor First.
