Sounds like you have a short in your alarm or on the Positive battery cable that is grounding your battery and draining it. If this has happened more than once on this battery get a battery cell tester and test the battery cells to make sure you have developed a dead cell which will happen. When you jump the vehicle take the positive battery cable off the battery. If the vehicle continues to run the Alternator is working properly if it dies, which explains why you jump it and have to re-jump it again after driving it, the alternator or voltage regulator is malfunctioning. If you have installed a power amplifier in the vehicle that has cabling under the hood double check that for shorts and check you power wires at the ignition switch for a short.
MB fault codes @ 005 "Engine coolant temperature sensor intermittent connection." It must be some loose connection somewhere. Check the fuses, relays or worse you may have a fried wiring harness, very common with MB's.
