Stereo won't turn on - Ford Falcon AU Ute (2000)

I think it is a blown fuse, but the fuse schematic is gone from the panel, so i don't know where to start - any help greatly appreciated.

The easiest way is to check all the fuses is it only the stereo that won't turn if so it could be something else fuses usually control 3-4 things from my experience hope this helps regards Jim

How do i bypass the smartsheild on a 2001 au ford falcon ute.i cant start because the smartsheild comes on an jams the motor?

the problem was raised in the australian AU ford forum not so long ago
you cant bypass it
ripping out wires without knowing ... just causes more grief

have to use a scanner to re set system
or find which module of the smart shield has failed

When I stomp on my brakes let's say in an emergency the pedal is very hard and the brakes don't realy work at all but if I use them normally they are perfect it's on a ford au xr6 ute

to test your brake assist is working. stop the motor. Press w few times the brakes, till the pedal feels sturdy. Then while pressing the pedal down firmly, start the engine. When you feel the pedal going down, like feeling "soft" you know the brake assist works. If nothing changes it is defect.
