You can't know anything until you have the system completely evacuated and recharged with the exact weighed charge of refrigeration. Forget those death kits you buy in the stores. This needs to be done with professional equipment. AC repair is really not a DIY job. It required very extensive knowledge of refrigeration to recognize issues.

THIS PROBLEM IS CAUSED BY A FAILED PART CALLED A "AIR TEMPERATURE CONTROL BLEND DOOR ACUATOR MOTOR", IT IS LOCTED IN THE AIR DUCT AT THE BLEND DOOR APPROX CENTER OF DASH, IN MOST CASES THE DASH MUST BE REMOVED TO SERVICE THIS MOTOR..

I have since found out that the clutch is starting but every few revolutions it stops for about a second and then goes again. Does this mean I am going to have to replace the clutch?
That doesn't tell you anything. It can be cutting out for high pressure since you overloaded it with refrigerant.
We never added the refrigerant since the gauge immediately went to to the red
