You have a random misfire and a misfire on cylinder 1 is what those codes are telling you. Need to figure out why and there are too many possibilities to list here. Start by checking your wires, coil and plugs.

p0300 is a random misfire code, 301 is cylinder 1, 302 is cylinder 2, etc, good-day !

P300 is random multiple misfire,301 is cylinder 1 misfire. 302 is cylinder 2 misfire & 306 is cylinder 6 misfire. P161 is a bad heater circuit in oxygen sensor bank 2 sensor 2. It is behind catalytic convertor. I would replace downstream oxygen sensor & clear codes. Run vehicle it may be all that is wrong.

that is the coil on top of #5 spark plug. you can replace the coil or switch it to another cylinder and see if you get a different code. misfire codes are 301-306.

Some of the more common causes for these codes popping at once are, if you went through a big
puddle and the engine and wires are wet or the distributor cap and/or wires are bad or the camshaft

The flashing check engine light would mean that the engine is misfiring, If you have a scanner, use it on the diagnostic port of the engine to check for the error code to get which cylinder is misfiring and if there are other errors that needs to be checked.

P0300 is a multicylinder misfire code and p0301 is a cylinder no. 3 msfire code. Check your spark plugs and plug wires.
