The 96 and up neons do not have a fuel filter. They have fuel regulators. Dodge tried a fuel filter in the 1995 only has the fuel filter no other year.

Isuzu fuego engine rattle when idle position

the problem is the fuel injector pump is getting starved or air is getting inside your fuel line. the solution is to install an inline 12V fuel pump near the fuel tank. i hope that solves your problem.

2004 honda, lost power and sputters. Will crank with gas pedal to floor but not enough power to move car. take foot off pedal and it dies

sounds like it is starving for fuel. check fuel pump relay to make certain pump is running. if it is, change fuel filter this may help. the best way to check to see if pump is running is to have someone turn car to on, not start. and feel the vibration at fuel tank with your hand. a pump only runs for a few seconds. until it gets pressure to engine. then when engine is running its on until you shut car back off. you may have to turn key on a few times to feel a vibration. good-day!!

There is an excessive vibration during idle. it disappear when i stepped on the accelerator and increase the rpm to 750rpm. im bit worried of it as it cause my dash to rattle too much.

check air filter. may be very dirty or you may have a nest inside of the box causing low air flow into the engine, causing vibration. start there. i have seen cars towed in not running, because they/mice/chipmunk?? had huge nest made out of the carpet underlayment in the air box which is foam and it didnt give the engine enough air to even run , because it was starving for air and car needs air to run. Is the check engine light on?? while engine is running??

Car doesnt start and sometimes vibrates for 3 seconds and stops

These are known for bad coil packs, if the check engine light is on or not start by scanning computer for any stored codes, also you should check the fuel preasure to make sure its good, this sounds more like its starving for fuel,i would start by checking the preasure, the preasure with key on and engine off should be 40-45psi.

Vibrates when gas pedal pressed.

1. Check the ball-joint.

2. Check the Tye-rods.

3. Your shock absorbers/ struts.

4. Wheel balancing and alignment.

Good luck.

Very hard starting, also stalls intermittently. seems like starving for gas at times

Probably is starving for fuel. Replace your fuel filter. Most cars it is near the rear passenger tire. Follow the gas lines near the rear. Most of the time they are long as your hand and round, and black. Almost guarantee this is your problem.
