I can check this evening. I have a diagnostic program at my home where I can punch in the diagnostic codes and get information about them. I will update this tomorrow if nobody else has posted.
All of those trouble codes have to do with relay circuits. P0480 and P0481 are for Low/High speed fan control relay circuits respectively and P0645 is for the A/C Clutch Relay Circuit. They all say an open or short is detected on these circuits. It either means these relay circuits are going bad or the PCM (power control module) is acting up. I believe the PCM is located near the washer fluid reservoir. They say to check and make sure the PCM connector's aren't corroded/damaged. If you need to replace this you need a special tool (DRBIII(R) scan tool to configure the new one. The relay circuits are located in the Power Distribution center. It is located in the left front corner of the engine compartment just in front of the coolant reservoir. It has a molded plastic cover. It is held in typically by 1 screw and 2 clips. Hopefully this helps.
