Usually the Mercedes dealer will give you the code if you are the owner of the vehicle and they might need the VIN# and sometimes the serial# on the radio too.

You will need to see the Mercedes dealer unless you are the original owner, in that case the code was given to you with the original new owners paperwork you may find it in the owners manual packet, it would be a small card like a credit card, the code is unique to each car and radio serial number
Its inside your car manual on the left side as you open it up, it'll be a lil grey card that will have the radio code written on it... read the manual and it'll tell you how to put the numbers in.
