2018 Chevy Suburban rear AC not blowing. All the fuses are good?

Question edited for clarity.
Quest moved from AC Cars, makers of the AC Cobra.

The AC at the rear is not involved with fuses. The most likely issue is the blend door actuators or the doors are stuck. Some video ideas.

The fuse for the door locks on my 1999 chevy suburban blows as soon as i replace

It is most likely a fault in one of the buttons, you can unplug one of the door lock buttons ,at a time,to find out,but do not unplug the master, the one for the driver,if none of the other door lock buttons is the problem,it will be the master, try it last.

I have a 2001 Chevy Suburban 2001. the driver

Usually this problem is solved by opening the driver's door & looking for a broken wire. This wire usually breaks at the flex point of the harness between the door & frame. Carefully slice outer coating revealing hidden wires. The broken one is the culprit. Hope this helps. Good luck!

The Rear Wipers on my 2001 1500 Chevy Suburban Stopped working

Unplug the connector at the rear wiper motor, turn the switch on and probe the wires with a test lamp, if you have power back there you more than likely have a bad motor. If there is no power start checking fuses they are all labeled easily on the back side of the fuseblock covers both on the dash and underhood. Good Luck!!!

Doors/Locks

Pull drivers rear door panel off
1. Remove door lock solenoid and plug it into another door to see if it works
2. If you can reach inside the door to the final mechanism that everything pushes on, push it yourself to see if it works
3. Also look on side of door for possible child saftey lock switch
