Mine had a cracked wire and tapprently this is a common problem and when the bare wire touches metal it doesn't work as well closed versus the door open when trying the windows Hard to work with so be prepared to add in a short joint of extra wire and tape up

Yes it means the clutch pack or seal is out and has to come out and apart you can buy a rebuild kit for $150.00 thats all seals clutches and bands and you would need help in order to rebuild it, the rebuilding would take 8 hours for a trained mechanic and 2.5 to 3 hours to get it out and back in again.If you need the information on where to buy parts and have them shipped I can help you out on that part. yo will need some inner and outter snap ring plyers to do it. and if you let it go to long you will damage the output shaft and that gets real epensive. was the fluid brown and smelled like onions?
