High beams work, but low beams do not light
Fuses are ok - and not the problem in your vehicle.
You have a DRL (Daylight Running Lamp) Module that has failed.
It is located behind the radio/climate control on the left side of the opening.
If you pull out the radio you will see it.
If you look directly behind where the stereo deck was mounted, you will see a small black box with two wire clusters attached to the top of it. This is the daytime running light (DRL)/ambient light sensor module. Remove the module from the back of the vent where it's mounted by pulling up and out.
Be sure the plugs are firmly in place before replacing the module. The (smaller) cluster is the one that actually is the lights harness output. The larger part controls the turn signals etc.
Replacing this module will fix your problem.
Thanks for using FixYa !!

Check the low beam fuse in the fuse box.
If that is not the problem, you will need to test voltages at bulbs, and voltages on wiring from fuse box to switch on instrument panel using a volmeter.
Here the tester: Auto Car Voltage tester
They may run off seperate fuses but most likely low beams are burnt out try replacing bulbs

How do I identify right fuse?
How do I find the right fuse? Also, I thought the lights would dim, vice burnout completely?
blueextc3221 nailed it! Only question is should I do it myself or take it in to a shop? Or can I temporarily bypass?
