The 2008 Camry's with the 2.4L I4 require 4.5 quarts of new 0W-20 or 5W-20 oil with a filter change

Oil Drip Pan (Find a local auto shop that you can pass the dirty oil to at no cost)
14-inch wrench to remove Oil Pan Lugnut
4.5 quarts of oil
Filter

the filter is either under the exhause in the front, just infront of the oil pan, or it could be under the plastic cover on top of the engine in a housing that would an internal filter.

I just changed my oil on my RAV4 V6 and the first thing is you are not looking for the regular canister but a oil housing like on the old farm tractors. You just replace the inside filter cartridge. The canister is in front on the engine on the passenger side. Use a 3/8 socket to open the bottom and drain. Next use a oil filter cap wrench to remove the housing. Actully this is a less messy than my chevy and more "green."

Since the engine air filter is pretty straight-forward I'll assume you're talking about the cabin air filter. I have a 2005 and assume it's the same for your 2003 so try looking behind the glove compartment. You should be able to get behind it by opening it and gently bending the plastic part that catches when it is all the way open so that it passes the catch. It will then swing the rest of the way down (you may want to remove the contents first) so that you can access the door to the filter.

The oil filter is located under the vehicle and unscrews from the oil pan.

Hello, it's just in front of the oil pan put up high you might need an extension on the ratchet to get to it. It is oriented vertically and contained within a metallic screw shell.
