Trouble with my rpms

This only happens when I dont let my car warm up, when I start my car the RPMs are some where around 1500. If I try to drive it like that the frist time i come to a stop the RPMs usually drop below 500 and my car wants to cut off or it does stop, when I start it up again it runs just fine with no problems. What could this be.

Here are some of the causes of surges, stalls at stops, slow idle speed, erratic idle speed, rough idle and engine hesitation (and other problems), it is in most cases the idle speed control air-bypass valve and or throttle valve and upper intake, these area's get full of gunk and combustion residue over the miles and cause idle issues (stalls, low idle) like yours, Get a can of intake cleaner from any local parts store, not carb spray, intake cleaner, it is made by a company called CRC, remove the air intake hose to the engine, hold the idle high so the engine won't stall, then spray the can of cleaner into the intake while keeping the engine running, use at least 1/2 the can, shut down the engine and disconnect the battery for 5 minutes, then restart and complete a number of mixed driving cycles, town, freeway, stop and go etc., after a few days the problem will go away as the system will relearn to the clean intake.

Try this, pull the maf out ,if you look there is a hot wire going across the tube(maybe 2),if it has any white crusty stuff on it ,just use some spray throttle body cleaner to clean it up,even if you can't see it ,try it anyway!
Cleaning the MAF should be a part of every tuneup

Try unplugging the mass air flow sensor and see if it levels out.If so I would change the mass air flow sensor. If not try the same technique with the throttle position sensor.

Around 1500 rpms or 55 mph engine seems to bog down

It sounds like your low on fluid, or your transmission filter is dirty and the front pump is not getting enough oil supply. Worst is your front pump is going bad.
Check the fluid level and see if it's burnt. Good luck
