Hope this helps! It could be the wrong sensor you replaced. Try swapping sensors around to see if it registers a different sensor. One major point is to make sure you have the required 12 volts going to the sensor! You can buy 500000000000 different sensors and if it does not get 12 volts its not going to clear the code.
Why would you change any sensor more than once?
You clearly have no idea why you get an OBD2 Mil Lamp
on your dash
Codes have nothing to do with changing parts
You use the codes & diagnostic charts & professional
test equip, to find a problem & component test parts
Unless the actual problem is found & a part tests bad,
it does not get replaced

Check the wire harness near the top of the engine in the rear. They were good for rubbing through on the trans fill tube bracket. Judging by the code you have 4 sensors. you would be interested in the drivers side rear sensor.

if sensor indicates lean check the fuel trim if long term fuel trim is above +7 them test sensor with a piko lab scope or watch scan data and create a rich condtion by snping the throttle wide open and watch the sensor if it start to read around 700to 900mv its ok, then create a vacume leak and the sensor should read 100to 300mv i your sensor is in this range quickly its good with in 1to2 sec.

Your heated oxygen sensor is throwing a code to the power control control module. Faulty sensor or bad wiring is usually the cause.
Trouble Code: P0060
This HO2S Heater they speak about is the oxygen sensors, it has two of them.Bank 1 is cyls. 1,2,3 from the front of the car 1 is in the back bank 2 is the front 4,5,6. You will find an o2 sensor screwed into each exhaust manifold.
